Hi guys the missus is looking to get some postal boxes 250 x 200 x 25mm, can you get custom boxes or are there boxes approx that size? Want to get them as cheap as possible as she is making pictures as a sideline.

Keep the thickness below 25mm and you stand a chance of getting it through as a "large letter" rather than a parcel. Lots of suppliers out there - quick google came up with a 21mm thick A4 sized box @ about 40p a go if you buy 100.

Yeah I think I came across them, just thought I put a post on here was someone normally has good info.

Cheers Stav that site is perfect, pitty they don't go below 50mm depth tho but they would do for double packing.
