Changed the back end of last year, used to be vodafone. Same speed, same price, but I got a £60 Amazon voucher for switching.

No complaints really, seems as good we can get at home.

Mum has used it for the last couple of years at £16/month for standard broadband and it was due for renewal so i called them up and they reduced it to £14/month, as good as any other supplier i imagine and they have a UK based helpline which is a bonus.

In fact the only real disappointment I faced was that the router doesn't look like a postbox.

Started 12 month contract a few days ago, so far so good.

Yep - Postie delivers a load of printed web-pages every day. Uploading stuff is a pain though - always some old lady in front of you in the queue.

Bit late but we switched 12 months ago. Plusnet was v good, no dropping, consistent, just worked. PO has been awful, drops, slow, intermittent, hard to pick up, and thrir service guys see the poor level of speed/consistency and just shrug. Made several formal complaints, but no joy. V v fed up.

Was going to switch to them as they had a deal through MSE with the amazon voucher but Talk Talk played ball in the end and we stayed with them.
