Just watching old grand designs and on next (at 9pm) is "Emergency Helicopter Medics · Extreme Cycling Emergencies". Might be interesting. Or might be terrible.

I'd watch it..... MrsF will go nuts.
I've been there. Badly broken spine after a low speed car impact from an idiot that didn't look. The impact on the family was too much. I'm OKish now, missing bits of my spine, but the long time in hospital was morphined up for me, not my family.

A 50 year old MTBer at Hamsterley. A bit STW. He does look in a bad way, hopefully he'll be ok. The road stuff coming up later looks a bit grim.
