What you got?
I'm a week in, feel fine as long as I don't do anything.
Otherwise I feel like I'm at about 15000 ft with no energy or breath. First 2 days had spasming legs and arms.
I looked like Joe Cocker doing Riverdance in bed.
Never been ill for a week before and the novelty is definitely wearing off.
Have discovered that we get Red Bull telly so that's helped.

Had norovirus last weekend, took me til thursday before i was confident about going to the loo again.
Went for a 32 mile spin on my road hybrid today, was really, really noticable how much it had taken out of me.

Headcold, snot everywhere, but I have an infection too as I'm running a temp. Woke up this morning with a very swolen uvula ( dangly bit at the back of the throat ) feeling like I swallowed razor blades deep joy.

BBC iplayer and horizon documentaries on you tube + kindle are keeping me occupied but 3 days in and I'm bored s...less and it's MY F..KING BIRTHDAY TOO

Whiplash, hurt my neck going down the canyon ride (water slide) at centre parcs. Did it last Sunday and still as bad now as it was a week ago.

Had flu 3 weeks ago. Still have bad cough, not got strength back yet properly.

And it's half term tomorrow, so I'm about to be harrassed and mithered.
