Hi,
Ive had to reset my iPad and now can't download any single track mags.
When i re-submit my subscription number, it says that it is already in use.
Have e-mailed pocketmags, but would appreciate any other pointers if there are any?

Similar situation for me too.
I'm trying to move from ipad to a new Android tablet but it will not let me reuse the subscription number.

Conventional wisdom I believe is to use the Singletrack app rather than the Pocketmags one.
Worth pinging an email to subs@... if you're struggling, I'd guess.
