[Closed] Plumbers - how do I get this apart?

Its a diverter valve that has siezed in the 'shower' position so is causing disappointment when Mrs P wants a bath.  There doesn't appear to be any way of getting it apart to clean or replace the moving bit.

Oh and there was a yellow plastic reducer thing that fits over the knurled end section and into the slightly larger knurled hole in the back of the chrome head. That's now chewed to bits after trying to get a moving, so I'm hoping I can get spares of that bit too.

It might be a left hand thread, but without knowing which valve very hard to tell how to get it apart.
