Suiting a mixed group of about 21 people, pub probably prefered over a curry house, we're staying north east of Abergavenny. Any suggestions?

There's a pub called the Crown, but it's not over a curry house, its at street level.

lol, is that the Crown at Pantygelli? That was our first choice but they can't fit us in.

Dunno, I just googled "abergavenny pub" for comedic effect.
But it did bring up Hunters Moon which is NE and looks nice.

the foxhunter does very nice food and has a decent wine list.
not somewhere to go if you like flaming sambucas and mini kievs though.
