need to print a boarding pass, printer has no black ink. what's the quickest way to make all the black in a jpg turn blue? ta.

select some of the black with the wand, the select similiar, then click on the colour palette, pick a blue, then edit then fill with the foreground colour.

if its only black and white
ctrl-u, click colorize, shift hue into the blue ramp up the saturation and brightness
