I want to make up some photo albums and get them printed from digital pics to give as a gift, any advice or recommendations?
thanks
Just a thought, but had you considered buying a digital photo frame instead? Stick a load of photos on a USB stick and then have the pictures change on a slide show.
A digital photo frame is well, erm digital. It makes no sense to me but people still like things printed out they can handle.
Snapfish and Trupint usually do good offers on photo books if you wait till November/December.
You can print albums as photobooks directly from you albums on Flickr.
Many of the photo websites such as Photobox can print from your Flickr , Facebook etc albums, if you choose them as source, but be wary of quality as Facebook etc tends to compress a lot.
For really beautiful books on quality paper, I use Blurb. Spendy mind.
+1 for photobox for printed albums - lots of good options and this time of year they usually have a sale.
I've used a few. The one I keep going back to is uk.foto.com.
thanks everyone, will give photobox a go ๐
I've used blurb many times
I love how the book turns out but be careful to recheck everything many times as once it in the book you cant change it
