My lad is trying to download an App onto his phone from Google Play Store without success (D of E stuff, nowt dodgy). He gets an error message to clear up space, but the phone has 7Gb of unused capacity. Other Apps won't download either.
I think he has issues with photos too.
There is no SD card in the phone.
Phone is Moto E7i Power.
Help, I'm rubbish at this sort of thing!

Also look at downloading the Google File app - i find it good at clearing junk and crap that doesn't appear as using space, but somehow seems to.
