Do I bother to respond? (by forwarding to the company's email address on website rather than "reply")
Do I need to change p/w etc? (Nothing has been sent from my email account as far as I can see so guessing this is simply typed in to either the company's registration software or direct into an email to me. No way is it a typo unless nicolette has a scaredymike-based account too))

As to why, that's be anyone's guess. Could be spam pure and simple - it's successfully generated hits on their website from me after all. Could even just be a mistake.
