Anyone using the Phillips Nivea shavers here?

I have tried other electric/battery shavers and always
seemed to get a rash from them.
Does the Phillips Nivea shaver stop you from getting this
rash?

Assume you mean coolskin and Achitect/tas or whatever (3 heads that you load with fluid)

I use, with can gel std gel - cheaper and appears to work, found the old 7780 or whatever it is (ie not the thin neck carry on) good, new three head on a thin neck (8260???) or siumilar (*1/2price boots maybe) not quite so good but tried a braun cruzer 3(??) and actually threw it out after trying for a couple of weeks.

Yes they are very good. Not as good as a wet shave but if you tend to get a rash with electric then the Philips Coolskin is the answer imo.
