I signed up for this two part authentication where I need a code from an SMS to access my Paypal account, only for the last few weeks they have taken about 20-30 mins to arrive and have long since timed out so are next to useless - is this just me or just SMS delays on O2?
So far I've scraped through by entering bank account details each time to get in.....

I'm on 3 and mine have always turned up within 30 seconds.
