Right not done paypal much so a bit of help needed.
I know that if you send it as a gift then there are know fees.
I understand thought that you dont get any comeback if you are ripped off.
I am just doing it now and there is the option for me to pay the fees, if I do that am I covered in case the transaction goes tits up?

Add the approx fees to the price and send normal way.

Don't use gift if you don't know the person you are sending it to.
If you are buying something just use Normal Paypal "paying for goods" method.
