I recall a few weeks ago there was a thread about being able to worm your way out of you contract due to the T+Cs changing. Is that still valid now? I misplaced my mobile during my recent house move and I know it's in the house but I can't find it anywhere. Could I still use said clause to wriggle out of it? The other thing is where I have moved to has no coverage whatsoever. Mrs B is on o2 and gets signal but not on my mobile. Has anyone mangaged to use this as a get out?

Cheers all

Ask on MoneySavingExpert to see if it's still valid.

I wouldn't even think about mentioning the lack of signal now you've moved. It's not as if it's the phone company's fault that you moved away from somewhere that the phone worked!

I'm out of luck.... 30 days to cancel from receiving the text. Cheers Flaperon.
