I asked the Optician this when she asked if I had any illnesses etc. For the previous 4 days I had a stomach bug. She replied no but surely lack of fluids can mean your vision blur/skewer the results?
I'm no optician but from experience, I can confirm that dry eyes does impact on quality of vision. Try some eye drops and see if your eyesight improves.
