I've clicked on it, stared at it, and have no idea what it is about. Though my eyes hurt from the images now.
I think you maybe need some text at the top explaining what it's all about, especially if you want people to sponsor you to do something?

Might be for a good cause but what is the cause and what is the challenge? Well done on setting up but you've failed the most important objective of setting out your stall I'm afraid.

Just need to improve ease of navigation of the site and make your objectives clearer.

Apart from everything being wrong with it, it's OK.
It looks nice but it scrolls sideways instead of up down, somone first looking at it might not work that out and miss all the other stuff to the right
