that's more preposterous than stw deciding what is and isn't cool 😆But in July, Judge Colin Birss disagreed on the grounds that Samsung's product was not as "cool".

They posted an advert that was factually true, but it seems that legal types in the UK didn't take kindly to that being pointed out to them.
