[Closed] One for the IT Techies (SQL/Visual Studio content)

We are running SQL 2000 on one of our app servers and will be upgrading to SQL 2008.
We use visual studio for reporting from this, I am being told that I wont need visual studio once we upgrade for creating reports as SQL 2008 Ent Manager will do everything visual studio does now.

Sound right ?

Depends,

You can do reporting in SQL2005 and 2008. Only real way to find out is to upgrade to 2008 and suck it and see.
