Time to expand your minds, I give you Lime Pickle, the pataks one if its all you can get but even better is the one made in ****stan and sold in my local halal shoppie. Great with pretty much anything from hams to soup, I've stopped buying the jars and now purchase the large plastic catering drums so there's enough to last a week.

It's not that great on toast and really isn't good in flapjacks.

Cholula hot sauce is without a doubt the best chilli sauce available and possibly the best all round condiment, once you try it you'll realise just what an acrid foul bottle of liquid heartburn Tabasco really is.

Or more specifically My gravy.

When cold, it's gelatinous.
When hot, it's unctuous, sticky loveliness, that makes you lick your plate.

Literally, I've shit your shop bought condiments...!

+1 for daddies - The true king of brown sauces.

My other go-to's are Sirarcha, it makes everything taste more awesome. Also the one with garlic is pure sauce heaven.

Chipotle Tabasco - got hooked on this in that there America (thanks to Chipotle, funnily enough). Far superior to regular Tabasco.

And my new fave, Heinz Fiery Tomato Ketchup. I pretty much squirt it on everything, whether on not it's needed or acceptable!

HP Sauce used to be made by Gartons, which is of course an anagram of SnotRag...

Just a thought

And for those that posted earlier HP is made in The Netherlands not Belgium. Production was rudely moved by the nasty yankie fellows Heinz after they procured Gartons in 2005

As this thread is proving, there is no condiment to rule them all, but a top few.

Mine are (in no order)
Vinegar
Ketchup n mustard (together of course)
Sweet chili sauce (healthy boy brand)
BBQ sauce
Gravy
