[Closed] On route to La Rochelle stopover?

We are driving down to La Rochelle at the end of the week and will be looking at a stopover in the campervan for a couple of days. Haven't explored this side of France before & would be interested to hear of anyone's experiences of a nice spot/campsite/aire etc. where we can chill out for a couple days & give the dog a good run around.

The green areas of the Park Naturel Normandy & Park Naturel regional Du Perche sandwiching the city of Alencon jump off the map at me so that's looking like the favourite location at present.
