I've got some golden ale made with citra & cascade hops and a bit of Caramalt - I call it CaraGold. 5% and hoppy as a hoppy thing.
Just racked 19L of Chocolate Stout into secondary, will be bottling it midweek

We are on a Don Manuel tonight. It's ok, maybe a bit woody.
Last night we had three pints of Skinners Betty Stoggs (lovely, lovely ale!) then when we got home had a bottle of Old Tom each. It's 8.5% I think - curtains!
School night? Sunday is still the weekend!

School nights are Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs.
Thursday isn't a school night IMO.
Thirsty Thursday is a hybrid night. It's not a school night if followed by Dress Down Friday.
