Used to love this stuff and DJ quite a bit of it 'back in the day'. Anyone else a fan?

Will listen at home - good share.

Just need to fathom how to embed vids as opposed to just displaying them as links. 😡

Indeed a classic - that's a slightly different mix to the one I know though.

This was possibly my favourite. Nicky Blackmarket used to always drop this, was well chuffed when I got a copy on vinyl.

bit early to really describe this one as jungle but definitely one of the most important tunes that influenced the jungle sound

Good to see someone else appreciating Congo Natty there Grum.. 🙂

Indeed Yunki - love a bit of Congo Natty/Rebel MC - big fan of reggae too so I like a lot of the ragga stuff.

Again not really jungle but possibly my favourite Rebel MC tune - with Barrington Levy on TOTP in 1991!!!

Renegade Snares is such a classic too.

Got to love the Amen break edits on this one.

In certain circles definitely - not a mainstream 'hit' I suppose.

alex222 - was just looking for this one! Big Bad and Heavy also. 🙂

Yep, also really like all the Congo Natty stuff. Shame Rebel MC is always going to be synonymous with "Street Tuff" when he's made so many amazing underground tunes: Black Meaning Good, Code Red, pretty much the whole Blackstar LP is amazing.

I got into D'n'B off the back of the music press hype over "Timeless" and LTJ Bukem, which is all good, but the jump-up tunes were always more fun to dance to on a night out.
