As above, does anyone have any good nutroast recipes? I've never yet cooked one but had one that tasted rather amazing!

mrs deadly had a mushroom and chestnut one today at the pub and loved it. No idea of the recipe but there must be one online for something similar. The problem with nut roasts is that they're often dry but I imagine the mushrooms kept this one nice and moist.

I agree they can be dry. I was after some recipes from here in the hope that they wouldn't be dry as it can be hard to judge from Google 🙂
