Just wondering if anyone has found a good person/company, who can provide a structured nutrition/meal and training plan? Ideally online
I could do with dropping a stone or so and getting re motivated with training, after 6 months of injury and new baby.
I eat pretty healthily and run, ride, climb and surf. So don’t need a couch to whatever plan... just some meal plans to keep me focussed and a structured training programme that is practical.
Cheers
Torq. They use TodaysPlan which you can continue with even after you've spent a bit of time/guidance with them.
Take a look at Nutrition Savvy; KJ is a mountain biker and nutritionist who's helped some folks I know get great results. Just msg her on instagram for more info.

Cheers guys
Sounds to me like you don't need someone telling you what to do - you are pretty active so just get out more (do ParkRuns for focussed and easily monitored training runs) and keep eating healthily but smaller portions/no snacking.
What I really want is a nutrition/meal plan suitable for the goals and activities I do. I’m just guessing at what would help.
It would also help to have that structure for general family food shop and cooking, as I’m sure a lot of you are aware, chaotic busy family life often means, emergency takeaway/ beans on toast, eating the kids Easter eggs while they sleep etc, as you had not planned anything for a couple of days haha
@marcgear is there an email address? i dont have Insta or facebook, as they both blow 🙂
Try these guys: https://renaissanceperiodization.com/
They get good reviews and I know a few people who have used them.
Fit Naturally is good, tailored plans or off the shelf. Let her know what your general week of training consists of. I think she will send a sample plan
