A friend has just asked this one :-
After only a short while the soles of my feet go numb. Ive tried different shoes but the same thing. It happens even when Im up out the saddle a lot. What am I doing wrong?
The "perhaps you are tying your laces too tight" one has already been tried. Any ideas anyone. I vaguely remember having this problem, but for the life of me I can't remember why or what I did about it.
Common problem with cleats, as the pressure's concentrated on particular areas. Try aftermarket footbeds...
Pardon? 😯
Shaped insoles. I had the same problem and this works for me.
Oh right... any advice on what and where to get them?
Try these...

(sorry, don't know how to make the link work)
Or, Specialised BG footbeds. Got to a Specialised stockist get you're "Pasties" out and stand on the funny mat that tells you which type you need. Turned my Sidis from a thing of pain to carpet slippers (well... you know what I mean). Best £24 I've spent in a long time.
Thanks people
