There used to be a man in a dress in Hastings who also used to carry a teddy bear.
The out of towners would have a go at him and he would absolutely kill them. One cop would never arrest him they would always call for a van load.

They're not "social experiments", they're people trying to get views on their Youtube channels. And succeeding in this case.
