What a CV. He wrote shedloads of epic tunes. We were only on about his track record the other night, and saying who is it who is the most accomplished musician who you could walk past in the street and not recognise. RIP you seriously funky bugger!!

That's a major talent gone - a name that keeps popping into my head when thinking of someone to compare him to is Burt Bacharach.
He will be remembered - allways and forever.
