I haven't used STW much recently - is the forum for non-members (but registered and logged in) supposed to be unusable ?
I get a 'join now' banner popping up about every 40 seconds or so that obliterates the forum, and it has a transparent light coloured closing X somewhere a random distance from the top right corner. If its on a light background, good luck with that. This is sometimes accompanied by a pop up advert wingman to cover the remaining bit of the screen.
No other we-are-free-but-please-pay website on the whole internet is as unusable as this.
Please either make it members only or ditch this continual nonsense for non-members - one reminder per session is the norm for the rest of the world, not one every minute.
It's possible someone has already raised this - but I CAN"T USE THE FORUM very well to see.
Using Chrome on a current macOS.
May I be the first to say maybe a contribution of less the £2 per month would solve your issues?
