Now the weather looks to be improving, need to get out and lay a new patio, need to bring it up around 200mm from the garden to get near the door step on the new conservatory, is it just a case of building up with more hardcore? Do I use something called 'MOT' then some sort of sand/cement mix before whacker plating down and laying slabs? Apologies for sounding useless, previous attemts have not been the tidiest at an old house.
