seems identical on my android (using opera)

Same set up here and the forum titles look a little TNRish, a bit crap.

Bleeugh - Serifs and sans serifs all jumbled together there at the top of the page.

Its does look a bit CSS error with those default fonts just cluttering up the place.

I like it. And i'm glad it's not gone all web 2 (or should that be 3 now).

Two things I would change.

The 'posted x minutes ago / report post' font has become massive. It's bigger than the text in the post.

And the buttons circled below look a bit lost/floating.

Otherwise good work.

EDIT: One more thing. Can I be picky and point out the title of the thread doesn't line up with the text directly below it.

It looks exactly the same to me. What's TNR?

We'll get used to the boring grey. but the TNR is just a crime.

at first I thought the page hadn't loaded properly. Now it just looks unfinished and amateurish (just because of an innocent font...) and there are too many different font too. stick to one type.

Loss of colour is a shock at first and is the TNR (although I actually like that as an old fuddy-duddy!).

Much faster which is a bonus and no lime green anywhere - phew!

Needs some kind of border around the options lines (ie, Home, News ....etc and Overview, Bike Forum....etc) as these look a little lost.

How do I block posters?

Well yes if that's your system font. I'm using default serif and san-serif fonts so really it derpends on your machine. If your an elder PC yes you will get TNR if you're Android you get Droid fonts.

I'm on a shiny new Mac - I wasn't aware it even did TNR ๐Ÿ˜ฏ

TNR = Times New Roman - the font a lot of people are seeing.

Yours may be in colour due to caching of previous site - try doing CTRL-F5 to reload everything.

from wikipedia

"TNR is promoted by the ASPCA as a humane and more effective alternative to euthanasia for managing and reducing feral cat populations as per APSCA NYCFCI feral cat sterilization guidelines"

STW branching out?

If you want to get anything done these days, you have to complain 'til you're blue in the mouth (B. Fawlty)... 8)

Hmmm, not that impressed. I'm sure I will stop noticing the colour change after a while but I don't like the new front page.

If you are going to [s]copy[/s] take inspiration from the BBC site at least have scrolling for the articles?

Perhaps it reduces bandwidth costs if it's only in monochrome?
