[Closed] Netflix - private browsing or different browsing profiles?

I don't necessarily want to share my Netflix viewing habits with the rest of my household.
A quick Google suggests you can set up different profiles on Netflix for this (so the recommendations, rating and viewing history differ between me, the missus and the kids) yet I can't find out how to do this on the Netflix help pages.

I'm only on a free trial subscription at the moment. Is this something that is only available once you are paying for the service?

If not, any ideas how my viewing history can be kept private?
