Dear All Knowing 'Doctors' of STW....
Maybe three years ago now
I landed badly, took most of the force through my left elbow....nothing broken, swelled up a tennis ball for a couple of hours and was a bit hurty for a couple of weeks. During that time it was fairly apparent I had done some nerve damage as i had loss of sensation and pins/needles in the outside (little finger side) of my left wrist and hand.
It was never a problem per se.
I still, regularly, get pins and needles to that hand.

Anyone else had similar and found a way to fix or reduce the symptoms?

a. tough, you get old, it hurts, suck it up buttercup
b. physio
c. accupuncture
d. herbal remedy

B12 deficiency would cause more widespread problems. This is clearly related to trauma to the ulnar nerve at the elbow

thx Doc.
the B vits were to see if it had any impact on fatigue/depression

great article (even tho the link didnt immediately work and i had a little searching to do..)

clearly my work and typical sleeping positions are not helping, so i can look to improve there, also some ideas for physio/exercise which may improve the situation. Cubital Tunnel Syndrome, everyone loves a syndrome ๐Ÿ™‚

The usual, get some medical advice - you might have cubital tunnel syndrome which may be related to the trauma or not. Will need assessing properly and if it is there are non surgical approaches.

Sounds like you hammered your ulnar nerve, go to a physio for some nerve glides
