Went to the fridge for a bottle, opened door and crack....door won't open fully and if I try it looks like pulling external unit panel off.
Door closes ok thankfully, just does not open much.
Assuming the top hinge is broken as I can see end of a spring sticking out whereas on the others there is white plastic.

Presume I order top left hinge?
Yep hinge is broken inside.
Also you may find the fridge will not close properly
Order a new hinge and remove the old hinge and make a hole and remove the broken spring
and put back on till the new hinge arrives.

You probably can't order single hinges,so will need a pair. You'll use the other one eventually, so no loss. Got ours from espares.co.uk
You'll also need to take the door panel off the door first. Its fixed at top and bottom behind white plastic covers.
Screws on the hinges are Torx (well ours were) just to really make it an easy job...
Currys do a Part finder that will almost certainly have the part.
IIRC you can order the single hinge as it will be it's own part number.
What model is it?
