Is there an app that allows me to write over photos.
The photo app on my tablet doesn't allow it.
Something simple so that I can write measurements over a photo.

Pixlr is ok and free.

Android device? You can do it in Google photo app.
Failing that, Snapseed is an excellent editing app and text is one of many features.

Cheers folks.... Didn't realise Google photos could do this....
Only problem with Google photos is that it can't cope with lots of text... Will give snapseed a try. Thanks!
