So all this air traffic control chaos is because their telephones aren't working ๐Ÿ˜†

Don't they have mobile phones ? ๐Ÿ˜‰

I reckon the cleaning lady unplugged the radar to plug in her Hoover. Or NATS had one hell of a Christmas party yesterday.

Could be an ancient exchange that they haven't a spare piece for, or a modern internet-type one where the AD server has crashed (as per NHS Glasgow):

Also likely that they'll now spend a load of cash on a DR solution in a panic, rather than take a pre-failure measured approach.

The flux capacitor has blown, the storeman who should heave one in the stores doesnt work weekends, so they sent a manager, (white shirt and tie) to get one, they also told him he needed a glass hammer, a long stand, some sky hooks, and a fufu valve, along with some stripped paint, and for him to have a read of the book of crap excuses for technical failures.

He has been gone quite a while.

I'd be pissed off if I'd booked a weekend trip to a European Christmas market.

Theres one on in liverpool, and my cruise ship there was cancelled yesterday due to high tides and winds.
