🙄 Millenials…

Our GenZ apprentice, upon being told the roof was tearing off the Millenium Dome, said "where's that".

In fairness to him, its been the O2 since he was 4.

'Big tent blows down on blustery day' shocker.
That's always been an accident waiting to happen.

TBF, the outer covering was always intended to be replaceable over time, they’re just going to have replace a big chunk of it in one go, it’s all separate panels.

does the covering actually do anything, or is the actual venue (and all the various shops and restaurants contained in the outer part) actually built units as well?

Otherwise there's a lot of concerts going to get cancelled.

It was only built as a outrageously expensive temporary structure 20 years ago.

Remember when all we had to be outraged about was how much the millennium dome cost?

Great days
