I have been working down in West Bay today and have never seen the sea so angry, one idiot got saved as a wave came over the shingle. He was drenched and very lucky. Benchs and other street furniture ripped up and thrown about. Huge waves and I would say spray and stones flying 50ft in the air.

A very good reason to keep clear of any seafront when there's storm-force winds and the tide's in.
