that's not a road safety video, it's voyeuristic and pretty sick really.
If people see it they might think twice about running red lights or stop lines. It may make them realise that a "small" risk they take by doing such a thing can have huge consequences.

If my info is right, it happened in Australia where jumping lights is a big problem, the guy survived but was prosecuted for jay walking.
(wife works for the co. that make the cameras and the clip and info was sent to them.)

Well looks like he was crossing when he shouldnt be and they got it on camera. Apparently they are quite strict on jumping lights and jay walking over there!
However the details could've come via chinese whispers if you know what I mean?
