Not sure if this has been posted already, but found it quite remarkable. Worth a look if you haven't seen it already. Saw something similar at Everest Base Camp, but this is even better. Just keeps zooming and zooming.
Let me know when you've found Wally.

Truly amazing shot…stood on top of the Auguille du Midi - bloody cloudy too!

Bad journalism though…

The world's 11th tallest mountain
No it's not.
Europe’s highest mountain
That honour belongs to Mt Elbrus. Ok a bit pedantic - Mont Blanc is western Europe's highest peak.
Just a bit sloppy...

is there a distinction between 'tallest' mountain, and 'highest' mountain...?

'tall' possibly referring to the height above it's base?

anyway, the 'layered image' guy at work says 'that's awesome!'

It is an awesome photo. Trying to match climbing routes to the photo! One of my favourite views in the world.

There's phenomenal amounts of detail in this pano 8) but there are an awful lot of stitching errors :?. If you're going to that amount of effort (and it was a lot!) I'd have wanted a better output.
