In all seriousness, where has this been trending/reported? I am fairly balls deep in the internet, and not seen nothing about her Maj.

As per one of the comments: that has all the hallmarks of Trump's campaign team.

oh my god can you imagine the gushing bullshit frenzy the media will have when the queen dies, a mother, a grandmother, a great grandmother, the leader of the common wealth, the leader of our armed forces and church of england, King of the Andals and the First Men, Lord of the Seven Kingdoms, and Protector of the Realm.

I won't be able to watch TV news for several months.

i was told the other day on fairly good authority that either her maj or phil is likely to pass away very soon.

That's not exactly a shock though; the annual mortality rate in people >90 is 22%

We'll get two bank holidays, one for the funeral day and one for the coronation. Waheyyyy. 2 extra days off work to go bike riding!!

Along with all comedy being cancelled, the London Stock Exchange would close, along with many banks, for a few days. With the logistics out of the way, the day of the funeral, believed to 12 days after her passing, would be declared a national bank holiday in which the economy would possibly lose up to ยฃ6 billion

not sure what annoys me more the cancelling of "comedy" shows or grinding to a halt of the economy because some old dear has popped her clogs

We were told several years ago when working for a broadcaster that Prince Philip was very ill and to be prepared. So I wouldn't read too much into it.

I like her. I like Charles. Whether I would feel the same about a monarch younger me I hope I don't find out.
