Sent two perfect phones off to them. Got an email saying both had delaminated screens and screen burn and the offer was cut to £30 for the two.
Reading online it seems there are plenty of other people complaining of the same service. Anyone else had this experience? Perhaps they are one to avoid.

Got what they offered for mine, was a bit worried as the charger port was a bit hit and miss (the reason for not selling it to mates/on here), but got full value.

I had a tiny mark on the back of the phone and they offered £100 less. I got them to send it back!
