Nothing fancy, don't need the lifestyle stuff or the gimmicky.

Just straight forward stretching stuff.

If theres totty/crumpet/fluff there - its a bonus 8)

Where in Manchester, do you mean the centre? I like Bikram in winter - warms me up.
My wife really enjoys some classes in Cheadle, says he's a good teacher.

I had a class with Granville Cousins once and I really enjoyed that - I never hurt so much in my life. I think he teaches around Manchester.
