My Father-in-law lives near Maidstone (New Hythe) and is going to be spending Christmas alone this year. Does anyone know of any pubs/restaurants/businesses that will be doing full Christmas dinners for delivery?

You could try the Redstart in Barming. They have a Christmas menu and do deliver -£70. Only problem is that they needed an order by 10th. Might be worth a call anyway - 01622 727001

I think the Chequers in Aylesford are doing takeaways(beer as well!!!}. Not sure if they are doing Christmas though. Their phone number is 01622 717286

I asked some friends in the area and they suggested Chequers too.
+1 re chequers. My Mum had a few meals from them in Lockdown pt1 and they were excellent.
If he can throw stuff in an oven they have a sister company yeschefboxes.com that supply pre prepped meals- just need heating up.
Redstart is still taking orders for Christmas Day deliveries of cooked 4 course meals and yeschefboxes will provide nice pre prepped meals (but not cooked Christmas Dinners). We now have options and a potentially happier Grandad.. thanks again.
