We will be in touch
Seeing as this place is the fount of all knowledge, I thought I'd ask here.
I've still got my backups for an ancient Mac I got rid off over 10 years ago.
I've just been having fun looking at my old MSDOS 2.11 files on a simulator on my iPad.
So does anyone know of a simulator for MAC OS7 or a way to make an iPad or later Mac look like an SE/30?
Theres an online emulator here, but its not really what you're looking for
There are other emulators, but I think they might run on PC rather than mac, you also need access to a Mac Rom chip too, so its not as straight forward as it could be. What kind of files are they? I'd have thought you'd be able to open them anyway without running an emulator
That was fun.
Files are all stuff with obsolete programs. Nothing important. Still got the programs backed up too - I figured one day I'd be able to get an emulator.

Not quite what I want, but getting there.
Just buy an old mac - still got a working mac plus 1mb with the sought after 4mb ram upgrade 🙂

Just buy an old mac...
No fun in that 🙂
I'll wait. Someone will emulate it on the iPad and I'll be able to play with all Hypercard stuff I made.
shame, theres a se30 going on fleabay
