What do i need to download off of the companies house website?

can be tricky with ltd companies as they don't have to file much information. plc's much easier.
just wanted to spy on a local competitor to see how we are doing against them really. I am happy with what I see I think.
Small companies only need to submit unaudited abbreviated accounts in which case you will not get a P&L but the difference in the net worth over the period is the equivalent to the bottom line profit after tax.
Larger companies need to submit P&L as well so you might be ok.

One of the best company info sites I have seen. You can even get 3 years accounts. I use it all the time for work, and general noseyness.
