My 92 year old mum uses LPG. The gas supplier has sent her a contract renewal offer.  The contract is for 2 years and the price is 89.5p per litre.

I have yet to try shopping around for a supplier - but I suspect there isn’t that much choice.  I suppose that the price is calculated with a potential increase in mind if the situation in the Gulf stays as it is or gets worse.

Does anyone know what the going rate for bulk LPG should be for a contract that commences in June?

Thanks

Try contacting https://lpg-save.co.uk/

Essentially they negotiate group deals. I've renegotiated through them twice. Both times I ended up staying with my existing supplier (Flowgas) but with a deal 20% better than the one they offered me directly. Your contract is still directly with the supplier, but on terms as if you were a bigger user.

Thank you.  I will give them a go.

I did the LPG safe thing and got an offer of below 60p.  Very happy about that so thanks again
