After a member from this forum had trouble with them "losing" his bike and having to faff about to get anything from them, there was a lot of talk about them possibly having financial troubles.
Well I just tried to take advantage of one of their cheap jerseys on the site , when it got to the checkout sagepay says that the vendor is no longer registered with them. Not able to take any payments looks like they are possibly closing up, the website is still going though.
Yes I had major problems getting a refund out of them. A closer look at a lot of the "stock" on their website is just pictures of bikes taken from somewhere else.
Does anyone know if they have gone under for definite?
Noticed a stem on their site I am interested in however I dont want to click the buy it now if they have packed up. Reviews online aren't great either but what can go wrong with a stem!
Looking at their company info on gov.uk their accounts are very overdue with Companies House. I deal with investigating companies in my job and when this happens (even though company is not registered as insolvent) there would be alarm bells ringing. Add on poor online reviews and it’d make me think twice.
I bought my new bike from them in January ...... I hope Intense will honour the warranty!
Think I will be giving them a miss then!

Luckily I took the advice on here and never purchased but used to keep an eye on their site every few weeks for the odd deal. Its a shame another bike shop has gone under but ripping people off on your way down it pretty low 🙁
