You: you have a Mac, a place to work, and some programming experience. You'd need at least the basics of Rails or iOS/ObjectiveC, but deep experience not needed if you are smart, determined and have a willing-to-learn attitude. You are probably based in the UK or EU. Your English is of the standard of a native speaker and you hate it when people can't tell between "their" and "they're" and use apostrophes wrongly.
We: the project is in the digital publishing sector with an established client base, the product is live on the web and iPad. The company has been trading several years and is profitable.
