Are you often mistaken for a Dr? Would the t-shirt help this? - or is it just a t-shirt to wear to tell the rest of the world that you went to college? (Genuinely don't get it 😕 )

This is a present for a mate, he is a proper dr (as in non honorary medic) and when he has to tell people (generally patients ask him) he's a dr they assume he's a medical dr. BUT (and here's why it would be funny) HE"S NOT THAT SORT OF DR

Both, he's a clinical psychologist so has a doctorate and works with patients in hospital and outpatient settings
